In HP ANZ, the Customer Support team is the services engine of the business. The support portfolio spans across a wide geography that includes Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands covering 6 different time zones during Daylight savings right from Rodnest Island in the west to Cook Island in the East. The team supports break fix repairs of PC and Print products (Commercial and Consumer) at an average of 55,000 repairs a quarter. HP’s committed and responsive team is integral to this, with around 165 friendly staff in ANZ customer support whose primary role is to win the “Hearts and Minds” of their customers.
