Established in 2011 High Grade Mechanical (HGM) is a market leading provider of Heavy Mobile Equipment maintenance throughout Western Australia. We offer a unique “quality over quantity” approach and have developed a reputation of providing high quality, high calibre tradespeople to support our clients and partners paving the way before our peers within the industry.
For the last 10 years HGM has made significant contributions to the industry and communities in which we operate. As a part of our Aboriginal Engagement strategy, we have provided capital, ongoing financial support and advisory support to Wortkoorl, an Aboriginal Hemp Based PPE Supplier; business mentoring and financial assistance to Walger Resources; and currently HGM is working closely with Jobs & Skills WA, to continuously improve conditions within the industry for skilled trades people.

Although the majority of our people are engaged on remote Western Australian mine sites our Human Resources management function forms a key part of our business strategy to ensure we remain an employer of choice in the industry in which we operate. This strategy involves the allocation of substantial resources to support, employee engagement and the improvement of relationships with our client partners to ultimately achieve our goal of providing a better experience to our people.
With over 60 years of industry experience within our operations team we have a clear understanding of challenges faced by our client partners and our people. This enables us to develop the necessary strategies, policies, and procedures for us to service our clients’ needs and keep our people gainfully employed. Through established employee feedback systems HGM has built a solid foundation to support and provide the best opportunities for our people, a facet of our business in which we take great pride.
