CoAct is a pioneering not-for-profit that helps people across Australia find jobs. Our vision is a community where everyone can reach their potential though meaningful employment.
We’re a membership organisation and partner with local not-for-profits to deliver employment services. Together we build the capabilities and skills of disadvantaged jobseekers. Over the last 20 years, we’ve grown our reach and impact so we can transform more lives. Last year we supported almost 70,000 jobseekers.
Employment services is a competitive industry with success dependent on gaining the right to deliver contracts, acquiring customers (jobseekers), strong business performance, robust governance and compliance. We have 104 staff, operating remotely and from offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth.
As a Company Limited by Guarantee, CoAct is owned by its members and governed by an independent Board of Directors.
