Privately owned and operating since 1996, Rork is a nationally accredited mid-tier fit-out and refurbishment company servicing all major industry sectors. With over 20 years’ experience delivering construction management services, Rork has established offices in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, employing 65 employees. The Employer of Choice Framework is utilised as a structured model of assessment that enables the participating organisations to be benchmarked against world class performance standards.

The key attributes of the Employer of Choice Framework define the characteristics of high-performing, industry leading organisations that provide a stimulating and supportive workplace. The criteria and sub-criteria provide a robust set of requirements that are used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.
