Over 40 years of experience have provided a successful blueprint for Pentana Solutions’ DMS, eraPower, which was introduced to the Australian and New Zealand market in 2015. eraPower was developed with the highest attention to detail in mind – delivering an extensive range of functionality for every area of the business. It combines intelligence and integration to deliver a comprehensive DMS that links and streamlines every area of a dealership in real-time. The eraPower DMS delivers mobility in dealerships, increases productivity through its ease of use, and creates efficiencies through its workflow process. In Pentana Solutions’ most recent annual Customer Engagement Survey, 94% of the eraPower DMS users stated that they would recommend Pentana Solutions. Recently, Pentana Solutions was endorsed by BMW Australia and 61% of new BMW vehicles are now sold in Australia through the eraPower DMS.
Pentana Solutions also works closely with vehicle manufacturers across the world to provide dealers with integrations that support competitive advantage, efficiencies and contribute to overall profitability. Pentana Solutions has developed over 1,400 franchise interfaces including third party products that are fully integrated to the eraPower DMS.
