In the past few years InfoTrack has experienced substantial growth and market share, growing at a rate of 150 clients per month and continuing to expand its offerings and break into new markets. InfoTrack currently services over 8,500 clients across Australia in the legal, conveyancing, banking, finance, insolvency, surveying, mercantile, accountancy and government sectors.

Over the past year, InfoTrack has acquired several companies including CreditorWatch, eCompanies and Morris Hayes and Edgar, merged with LEAP Legal Software and bought their Manual Services companies including Scott Ashwood, DKL and John McLaren & Co. All of these additions to the InfoTrack Group of Companies has increased their market offering and has aided in the successful addition of a B2C product offering.

InfoTrack has six offices across Australia in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Canberra and the Gold Coast. InfoTrack employs 335 staff between these six offices, with staff working in product development, customer support, marketing, sales, finance, human resources, administration and IT.

Entrant organisations are required to demonstrate their achievements across the key areas of Organisational Culture; Leadership & Strategy; Employee Education, Training & Development; Employee Health, Safety & Satisfaction; Performance Management; Recognition & Remuneration.

The Employer of Choice Framework is utilised as a structured model of assessment that enables the participating organisations to be benchmarked against world class performance standards.

The key attributes of the Employer of Choice Framework define the characteristics of high-performing, industry leading organisations that provide a stimulating and supportive workplace. The criteria and sub-criteria provide a robust set of requirements that are used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.

Entrant organisations are required to demonstrate their achievements across the key areas of Organisational Culture; Leadership & Strategy; Employee Education, Training & Development; Employee Health, Safety & Satisfaction; Performance Management; Recognition & Remuneration.
