As a measure of continual improvement, Charterhouse Medical appointed external Auditors Global Mark to conduct a full Audit process on the Recruitment, Selection, Placement and Management of medical locums, incorporating NSW Health and Victoria Health Standards and Conditions for the Provision of Locum Medical Officers to the NSW and Victoria Health Services.
Charterhouse received full ISO 9001 certification, which secured their position as a panel supplier of Medical Officers to NSW and VIC Health. The ISO 9001 certification reflects Charterhouse’s organisation’s commitment to quality, leadership, systems and the sound and stable processes which can deliver consistently safe services that meet the customers’ and Health authorities’ expectations.
