Green Endeavour has been selected as an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2025. Green Endeavour is the parent company of leading fresh produce and gourmet supplier brands, Suncoast Fresh and Fruitlink. They are specialists in fresh produce and gourmet food, highly respected within their respective market sectors for their innovation, quality, networking, experience, education, and commitment to delivering high-quality produce and products.
In 2022, the two companies, Fruitlink and Suncoast Fresh, merged to create Green Endeavour. The name Green Endeavour speaks directly to its Just Cause- to create sustainable communities where all people are educated, empowered, and inspired by the joy of real food. Its mission is to deliver sustainable, fresh produce supply solutions and a premium customer experience through its high-performance teams.

This is evidenced by its long tenures and proven track record of retaining and sourcing skilled top talent. In its most recent survey, conducted in March 2025, the company received stronger-than-expected results compared to similar industries, taking into account industry and regulatory movements. Green Endeavour has continued steadily on its maturity journey and focuses on the successful implementation of changes in line with ongoing Strategies for future stability.
Green Endeavour has a strong focus on an effective and engaging employee lifecycle, starting with pre-onboarding engagement, a new employee buddy system, staff rewards programs, probation objectives, a performance framework, and regular feedback sessions to establish clear career pathways. This approach also includes internal progression commitment and analysis, as well as offboarding. It has implemented an active Staff Wellbeing Program which consists of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which also supports employees families, Corporate Partnership for discounted gym membership rates, and staff access to discounted fresh produce, introduction of Employee Referral Rewards, and they have commenced supporting its employees through their nominated Community Sponsorship programs, Employee Celebrations (recognition and rewards for acknowledgment of marriages, births and family orientated celebrations). Regular Town halls are held quarterly across all sites to celebrate tenures, milestones, and business achievements, accompanied by staff recognition awards. They have introduced a Leadership Essentials program to support their leaders in continuing their growth, leading their teams successfully and efficiently, while staying at the forefront of Industry standards and Practices. Green Endeavour champions a healthy work-life balance to avoid burnout, maintain a healthy workforce, and foster a commitment to the continued growth of its high-performing teams.
Satisfaction is measured through surveys, above award pay rates and through robust and effective relationships with Peers, Leaders, Management and Directors.
