Glen Eira City Council has been selected as an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2025. The Australian Business Award for Employer of Choice [EOC] recognises organisations that develop workplaces that maximise the full potential of their workforce through established policies and practices which demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.
Glen Eira City Council is located in Melbourne’s inner southeast, approximately 10 kilometres from the central business district. Serving a population of around 161,000 people, council services range from planning, building and maintaining the city’s footpaths, parks and leisure facilities, to supporting community development activities, youth services and environmental sustainability.
