BAC’s employees are engaged and committed, with 82% of employees stating that BAC motivates them to exceed expectations, which is 18% higher than industry standards.

BAC has sustained employee engagement ratings above 75% for six consecutive years, while also boosting its enablement score by 13%. The survey showed that 67% of BAC employees are classified as ‘most effective’ by Korn Ferry, which is 10% above the high-performance benchmark and 17% above the general industry average. Additionally, 88% of its workforce reports feeling proud to work at BAC, outperforming the industry benchmark by 13%.

BAC sees this pride every day in the excellent work its team does.
