The focus on employee culture, learning and development, retention and engagement had given the business a competitive edge, with longer than average staff tenure, especially in the Senior Leadership Team.

In 2023, Resolution Digital experienced a remarkable year of growth in terms of internal headcount and in delivering results for clients. The employee experience strengthened, and the team continued to thrive.
In 2023, Resolution Digital not only expanded its business with over 85 new employees, but also deepened its commitment to the employee experience. The launch of the new Onboarding Platform – Enboarder, a bespoke and interactive onboarding guidance tool, was a testament to this commitment. This platform was designed to ensure a smooth start to the Resolution Journey for every new employee. In addition, Resolution recognised its existing staff’s hard work and dedication, promoting 149 employees in 2023.
The Resolution Education, Training and Development program is designed to cover both technical and soft skills training. In the face of a constantly changing digital and marketing landscape, Resolution aims to ensure impactful learning. Each staff member’s learning journey is customised to the individual employees’ needs, with regular Reflective 360 feedback and check-ins about goals helping steer these conversations. The Performance, Recognition and Remuneration processes are made up of a comprehensive framework and fuelled by a proactive attitude in managing and rewarding people in a fair and transparent way.
In 2023, Resolution Digital achieved a significant milestone in its journey towards gender equality. The company successfully eliminated the gender pay gap, ensuring that men and women doing the same role at all levels of the company were paid equally. This achievement, recognised across the industry as best practice, is a testament to Resolution’s commitment to fairness and equality, especially in an industry where the average gender pay disparity is 30%.
