Nexacu was acquired by Lumify Group in October 2022. Lumify Group provides end-user application training to business professionals. In October 2023, Lumify Group acquired City Desktop, the only Australian Adobe Authorised Training Centre.

The soft skills arch has two core brands. Plain English Foundation is a premium provider of digital, soft, and future skills training for plain English training and editing. ENS was established with the core belief that the world would be a better place if everyone negotiated with the right mindset, and it provides training to support this mindset.
