Green Endeavour has been selected as an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2024. Green Endeavour is the parent company of leading fresh produce and gourmet supplier brands Suncoast Fresh and Fruitlink. They are fresh produce and gourmet food specialists who are highly respected within their market sectors due to their innovation, quality, networking, experience, and education.
Fruitlink, founded in 1991, supplies independent grocers and retailers with fresh produce, gourmet foods, and retail consultancy services to enhance the customer experience. Suncoast Fresh, founded in 2008, supplies fresh produce to high-end hospitality outlets, including cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs, childcare centres, and aged care centres.
In 2022, the two companies merged to create Green Endeavour. The name speaks directly to its Just Cause—’To create sustainable communities where all people are educated, empowered and inspired by the joy of real food’—and Mission—’To deliver sustainable fresh produce supply solutions and a premium customer experience through their high-performance team. ‘
Green Endeavour currently operates out of three sites: one in the Brisbane Markets precinct and one Distribution Centre (DC), each in Coolum and Byron Bay. Two sites previously existed in the Brisbane Markets precinct, and in March 2023, Green Endeavour moved into a brand new, purpose-built, state-of-the-art $25m warehouse facility (known as H1). At the time of writing, Green Endeavour employs 191 people.
