TLC Learning is the nationally recognised, registered training division of TLC. TLC has state-of-the-art training facilities with a simulation room at St Kilda Road in Melbourne. Each of the 12 Aged Care facilities has training facilities. This division plays a key role in TLC’s expansion in growing its workforce and ensuring that its employees’ skills are continually improved to provide the best possible care to TLC’s residents and patients. 

TLC Learning partners with education providers to provide on-the-job training to students in nursing, personal care, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and podiatry. In 2023 TLC will be expanding the offering of courses to ensure that they continue to develop and grow their workforce with a strong alignment and affiliation towards TLC’s values and mission. Commencing in 2022, TLC Learning has supported the intake of 35 trainees and growing and has delivered placement opportunities to over 1200 students.
