From its beginnings in 2006, Resolution has operated according to industry standards with a strong focus on culture, learning and development, employee retention and engagement. Resolution is actively involved and supportive of the industry. Resolution is always involved in critical Industry opportunities, contributing actively to the wider community, and supporting and providing learning opportunities for people to keep across trends, updates and Industry changes. As an Industry partner Resolution has been recognised as Google Analytics Most Awarded Partner for the past three years.
Culture, Leadership and Strategy cover the Culture Code that guides and defines working methods. It underpins the foundation of Resolution’s excellence and highlights the opportunities and initiatives, particularly the Re: Charge platform launch and many wellness and social events. Resolution has made a conscious effort to ensure that its policies evolve, supporting employees to have a Remarkable experience.
Resolution’s Education, Training and Development program is designed to cover both technical and soft skills training. To ensure impactful learning, Resolution constantly checks in with teams to ensure learning opportunities are customised to accommodate employees’ needs. Resolution’s Performance, Recognition and Remuneration process comprises a comprehensive framework fueled by a proactive attitude in managing and rewarding people fairly and transparently.
In 2022 Resolution Digital experienced a Remarkable year of growth in terms of internal headcount and delivering Remarkable results for their Clients. Resolution’s employee experience strengthened, and their team continues to thrive. Over 110 new employees joined this year, and Resolution Digital grew to 348 people. This year they focused on the Employee Experience. They launched a new reward and recognition platform called Re: Charge giving their people instant recognition and allowing them to make significant cost savings through discounts to over 400+ retailers.
Despite having some successes, Resolution faced its challenges with a smaller talent pool. There was an evident war for Talent, leading to higher vacancy rates and under-resourcing across most of their teams throughout the year. During this difficult period, Resolution’s teams worked hard and came together to deliver to clients, pushing the boundaries of Digital to achieve Remarkable Results. This year Resolution achieved Industry recognition for their services, with the Reso Team winning Best Digital Services at the B&T Awards. Resolution’s Activation Team was also recognised as Premier Status in the Google Partners Program, an achievement reserved for the top 3% of Agencies.
