FCB Group
FCB Group has been selected as an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2023. The Australian Business Award for Employer of Choice [EOC] recognises organisations that develop workplaces that maximise the full potential of their workforce through established policies and practices which demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.
“Having won this award as an acknowledgement of our business operations, the impact we have on clients, our growth, and our people for 7 years now is staggering, humbling and extremely exciting. The biggest part of what makes FCB such an amazing workplace is our people; regardless of role, seniority, tenure or location, everyone I work with deserves to feel a sense of pride in winning this award yet again. What we achieve together is truly amazing and I have to pinch myself every day knowing I’m part of such a high performing, collaborative and caring culture. Winning this award is a true reflection on the entire FCB team…or FCB Family as we like to say.”
