Employee surveys are conducted to gauge engagement across a wide range of topics work/life balance, leadership, development, communication and areas for improvement. Results presented to the leadership team have led to action, including communication of feedback to employees and greater attention to areas of concern. Employees are responsive to surveys and demonstrate engagement and commitment to the Company. A recent voluntary, anonymous employee survey achieved positive results:
