The staff of AMA Projects are at the heart of everything the Company wishes to achieve and everything the Company has achieved during it’s 11 years of operations. Without a strong, supportive workplace culture, we wouldn’t have the long-term dedicated team that we have today, with over 70 staff operating out of three offices in Australia with further expansions planned within the next 12 months.

AMA Projects’ employer brand is more than just project delivery. We create an environment where our staff want to remain with us for long-periods of time and take advantage of all the added training and professional development opportunities that are provided to them. We do this by maintaining an inclusive working culture whereby employees are encouraged to contribute constructively throughout the organisation through sharing of ideas, knowledge, achievements, and challenges.

The IMS has been independently certified by Global Certification, whereby this certification is audited independently on an annual basis to ensure compliance is maintained.

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) is aligned to Procore, a web-based system that has been designed by industry experts to manage compliance-based standards for quality, safety and environmental requirements. The IMS enables us to implement procedures applying an integrated approach, resulting in more efficient implementation of our system and procedures, ensuring valuable time is spent where required.

Our project delivery teams possess a broad range of skills and experience allowing us to selectively allocate resources to specific projects which may contain technical difficulty or require specialist experience such as building services, high security, or heritage preservation.

These enthusiastic people continue to preserve and grow the company culture through its values – of which one of the pillars that upholds this culture is a commitment to collaboration.

AMA Projects believes our commitment to workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental objectives on all projects, can be achieved through various principles; the simplest of which is employing the right people, with the right training and cultural mindset, in the right positions, to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
