Since FCB was acquired by The Citation Group, it has committed to accelerating its growth across Australia and New Zealand. By the end of 2022, it had made two successful acquisitions in the ISO and NDIS certification space.

Throughout 2023, the group embarked on an exciting journey revitalising their brand and mission. And, at the end of November 2023, FCB Group and the brands that made up the group – FCB Workplace Law, FCB Smart Visa, HR Assured, Best Practice Certification, and QMS Certification – officially rebranded to Citation Group.

In early 2024, Citation Group celebrated its third acquisition in ISO and NDIS certification services. This acquisition marked a significant milestone for the group, solidifying Citation Certification’s position as the second-largest provider of certification services in Australia.

This year, Citation Group announced its first acquisition in payroll services, bringing the Brisbane-based adaptable workforce management and payroll platform, foundU, into the fold. Trusted by nearly 700 Australian businesses, this acquisition brings new opportunities to enhance businesses by streamlining workflows and reducing compliance headaches. 

The current team at Citation Group comprises over 150 staff, including eight partners and 37 professionals, based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Western Australia, and New Zealand.

Citation Legal (part of Citation Group) is the only workplace relations firm in Australia with five Accredited Employment and Industrial Law Specialists in its team.
