Zeep is a multi-award-winning provider of recruitment services for locum and permanent doctors and healthcare professionals to regional, rural, remote and very remote hospitals. Since the company was founded in July 2017, it has become one of the five largest suppliers of locum and permanent doctors and healthcare professionals to Australian hospitals and has placed over 2,700 doctors and healthcare professionals in regional and remote communities in every state in Australia.
Zeep is split into two verticals: Zeep Medical (Medicine) and Zeep Health (Allied Health & Social Care). Each team is then structured by specialties, such as obstetrics, psychology, occupational therapy or social work, or by their focus, i.e. temporary/locum versus permanent roles. Zeep Health launched in 2022 and has grown to a team of six people in six months. Both teams are backed by the Support Division, which covers compliance requirements.
