To improve productivity, improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience, Australian Catholic Superannuation created an inaugural intranet site, SuperHub, which was launched to all staff in December 2018. SuperHub is now the new communication platform and digital workspace providing a new way of working for all employees, further developing the organisational culture by improving communication, knowledge management, efficiency and productivity.
Australian Catholic Superannuation ensures effective remuneration by conducting independent and external benchmarking annually to ensure remuneration is comparable and competitive within the markets in which they operate. The Voice engagement survey found that Australian Catholic Superannuation is 25% higher than the Australian Financial Services norm and 22% higher than the Australian National Norm when it comes to reward and recognition. This standout result looked at the use of monetary and non-monetary rewards to foster high engagement.
