FCB Group’s advice covers everything from enterprise bargaining and underpayment auditing (the exclusive PayCheck product) to workplace investigations and workplace relations/HR advice. The current practice at FCB consists of a team of over 65 staff including seven partners and 35 professionals based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. FCB was recently recognised in the Legal 500, ranking as top performers in the Employment Law space, ahead of most of the world’s large global providers. FCB are also the only workplace relations firm in Australia with five Accredited Employment and Industrial Law Specialists in their team with Managing Partner Campbell Fisher, as the only lawyer in Australia to be recognised as an Accredited Specialist by both the Law Society of NSW and the Law Institute of Victoria.

FCB are constantly challenging themselves to innovate, improve their client journey and achieve landmark results in their field. In 2018 FCB introduced a specialised Account Management Program which has taken their commitment to Client Excellence one step further. The 100+ clients who fall into this program receive 2 complimentary strategic meetings per annum with a sole focus on helping the law Partners have a proactive hand in helping them drive employment relations strategy with a view to help them achieve best-practice and head off any compliance or commercial risks before they manifest into problems for the business. A key deliverable of the Account Management program is to ensure key stakeholders in each business have 24/7 access to their nominated Partner with short telephone-based advice a value-added service.

In order to ensure thought leadership and communication campaigns remain at the cutting edge, 2018 also saw the launch of the FCBTV You Tube Channel; a new medium which allows clients and prospects to hear firsthand from the experts at FCB and step away from the traditional newsletter communication.

In 2018, Campbell Fisher (Managing Partner & Solicitor Director) had the opportunity to feature in the Foxtel segment “Industry Leaders”. This opportunity showcased the journey of FCB Group over the last 25 years and reflected on how FCB has thrived on the cornerstones of strong values, an amazing group of colleagues, their ability to think outside the box – especially when it comes to embracing new ways of harnessing technology – and a passion for helping clients.
