Operating for 15 years, InfoTrack is an information broker that provides a comprehensive range of searching services including property, corporate and personal searches, all of which are accessed through an online platform. As a tech company, InfoTrack aim to foster an environment that encourages creativity and development. In conjunction with this consultation process, employees are asked to set goals for themselves every four months in tandem with managers setting company goals, these aspirations are aligned and open progress reviews are conducted at the end of the process. Managers also schedule one-on-one meetings with employees on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as part of InfoTrack’s engagement process.

InfoTrack are also committed to the professional development of their team, believing that training should start from induction. Training is given internally and externally, with InfoTrack providing employees with financial assistance for approved external TAFE education and offering leave to employees looking to undertake further education. Internally, the company runs a mentoring program, designed to provide staff members with knowledge and guidance through their career path. The company use this process as a pathway to leadership positions in conjunction with rewards programs that recognise success, such as bonuses and employee share schemes.

Health and safety also play a prominent role in InfoTrack’s workplace culture, with gym access and flu shots provided to all employees as well as an employee assistance program, which targets the emotional and mental wellbeing of staff members.
