Peard Real Estate is a Western Australian owned and operated real estate group providing premium service and proven results for clients. Established in 1997 with just three staff, the group now boasts over 298 employees, offering a complete real estate service from sales and property management to home loans and settlements.

Peard Real Estate is committed to staff retention and productive personal. For the former it offers training and internal promotions, the chance to be involved in community associations, sporting groups and charities with the company’s financial support, team building social activities, rewards and incentives. For the latter, Peard Real Estate holds regular performance reviews along with mentoring and goal setting, with awards functions and bonuses for referrals and meeting key performance indictors. The company also has staffing level criteria to ensure staff are not overworked while departments and offices experience growth. Workforce flexibility is consider for carers, parents and over 55’s, with flexible working arrangements in regards to start and finish times, and where possible offers job share arrangements for certain positions. Entrant organisations are required to demonstrate their achievements across the key areas of Organisational Culture; Leadership & Strategy; Employee Education, Training & Development; Employee Health, Safety & Satisfaction; Performance Management; Recognition & Remuneration.

The Employer of Choice Framework is utilised as a structured model of assessment that enables the participating organisations to be benchmarked against world class performance standards.

The key attributes of the Employer of Choice Framework define the characteristics of high-performing, industry leading organisations that provide a stimulating and supportive workplace. The criteria and sub-criteria provide a robust set of requirements that are used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.

Entrant organisations are required to demonstrate their achievements across the key areas of Organisational Culture; Leadership & Strategy; Employee Education, Training & Development; Employee Health, Safety & Satisfaction; Performance Management; Recognition & Remuneration.
